Fascist, post-Soviet Russia?

Is it possible, with any POD within reason, to have a fascistic Russia formed at some point, prefrably not long after, the collapse of the Soviet Union?

And anyone who claims that modern Russia is already fascistic will be hanged. :p

Modern Russia has such a sublime mix of ethnic nationalism, populism, corporatism and nostalgia that the only thing it needs to do is really step over a very elusive line.

Third Way democracies are trouble. Now where's that rope?

If I recall, the Fascist movement in Russia is actually, and scarily, one of the more popularly supported in the world, and it's exploitation of racial fears of ethnic groups and Jews and Muslims have garnered a good following. Russia also has issues with racism and bigotry evidenced by that. So it may not be too hard.
