Fascist Italy's long-term plan?

We've all heard of the Nazi postwar plans for Europe, killing all the natives, settling it with Germans, turning Moscow into a lake, etc., etc. I have never on the other hand, heard of what Italian plans for the world. What was Mussolini planning in all of this? And assuming Italy somehow gains the power to put these things into effect, how effective would it be? Did their plans change after the Nazis got into power? I remember Italy wasn't as willing to genocide natives like the Nazis.

From what I know to colonize at least Tunisia, Libya and Eritrea with Italians making it Italian majority. Maybe conquer Arabia and Egypt? Make Italian population over 100-400 million with each family producing 5+ offspring.

Long term plans? Italy? When?
Italian politicians never saw anything beyond the next six months, in the best of cases.

It was implicit in Mussolini's ranting that he wanted literally a revived Roman Empire - so as much of the Mediterranean coastline has to be Italian as possible. I think France, and possibly Turkey were out of reach but basically the rest was in play.

Including Franco's Spain?

Including Franco's Spain?
Interesting one that - it was deliberate on my part. I think Franco's Spain would end up as a virtual puppet in the "Mare Nostrum" fantasy scenario. Maybe not occupied or integrated but as far as is reasonably practical a fellow traveler in Mussolini's world.
