Fascism without WW2

eugenics...hmm...why side it just with fascism as the last countries to have it in practice as far as I am aware was Sweden right up into 1970 and the US where it continued as a viable practice well into the 50s/early 60s.

Now as to what would have happened...Spain still had a fascist regime until 1975 under Franco, so like as not it'd still have been going strong in Italy as well-no reason why not. As to whether it would have spread? Probably into Yugoslavia, possibly France (just look at the rise of the Front National in the 70s and 80s), Germany has its naziism, with no WW2 then Gitler would probably have died/retired in the 50s, probably replaced by Hess temporarily then perhaps by Heydrich (nasty....), Himmler was only a follower and not even respected by the men around him. Goerring..well I think he would have overreached himself.
