Famous people in a alternate Poltava timeline

If one thinks about it, Olof Palme wasn't the likeliest Social Democratic leader in the OTL either. But here the odds are Olof Palme wouldn't even exist in this timeline. His mother was of the German-Baltic aristocracy. Without the Baltic States falling under the Russian rule, where German-Baltic practically ran the burocracy and kept their hugely priviledged position - including Baltic peasents reduced to serfhood for a much longer period they would have under the Swedish rule -, they wouldn't have being purged in the 1920's when the Baltic States gained independence. Therefore, his parents probably wouldn't even met.

A more likely one:

Anders Chydenius - a 18th century clercyman and the father of liberalism.
