I'm currently writing a bit on a half-baked timeline (with a POD around the time of the ARW) where the British king relocates to Canada in the 19th century (because who doesn't love that cliché?). As part of a propaganda campaign of positively Stalinist proportions, said king decides to ride on the wave of an Arthurian craze and "prove" that he is a direct descendant of king Arthur himself, even renaming the royal house "Pendragon" and probably renaming the poor capital of Canada Camelot or something equally tacky. (Of course, if king Arthur ever existed it's very likely that most of us are his descendants, but hey, monarchy is not supposed to make sense.)

Is there some pseudo-historical king list that people could buy in the 19th century that would include king Arthur? (If our Canadian king shares a name with someone on that list, he will probably give himself an outrageously high ordinal number, as well.)
