Failure of the Trinitarians

Since much of the later ages of the Roman Empire(s) revolved around what type of Christianity bishops, generals, and emperors were what consequences would develop if the Arians (non trinitarians) won the (First) Council of Nicaea?
Would we get surviving Vandal, Gothic, or Hunnic states?
Would we get Islam or something like it in Arabia?
Would Britain conquer all? (;))

Be careful not to overestimate (a) the differences between the Arians and the Orthodox and (b) the chances of the Arians 'winning'.

I don't think this is directly dependent on the POD. You could have those states survive with or without the POD.

OTL's Islam? Unlikely. Something like it? I think this is relatively independent of the POD as will. It could go either way.

Would Britain conquer all? (;))
Of course. This is a axiomatic. ;)
