In the event of a CP negotiated victory in 1917, to be expanded below, what would German cultural influence be on the world and especially Central and Eastern Europe in the decades after?
The scenario:
Negotiation in 1917 after the US stays neutral and cuts off loans to the Entente.
No reparations paid by anyone.
Brest-Litovsk never happens.
German loses her colonies, but gets to puppet regime Poland and annex both Luxembourg and Lithuania. The end comes before the inflationary spiral gets too advanced and is arrested in 1918-9.
France's government collapses and the 4th Republic is formed in 1919 after a short period of violence. The nation is heavily damaged by the war and disastrously in debt.
Britain is heavily in debt, but gets many German colonies.
Italy falls into civil war when it gets nothing, especially in the wake of Caporetto.
Romania still has to honor is peace agreement with Germany (leasing its oil wells for 99 years, no tariffs, etc.)
Russia maintains the Kerensky government and becomes a Republic after the war; the Royal family is still killed by extremists while in captivity.
AH falls into civil war in the aftermath of the war and dissolves. Hungary keeps Slovakia and Transsylvania, but loses Croatia and Bosnia along with Serb areas of southern Hungary, which all merge into Yugoslavia under Croatian leadership, with Serbia annexed.
Germany annexes Cisleithenia, but gives Galicia to Poland.
Bulgaria keeps its gains.
Turkey loses whatever is occupied by the British.
Belgium and France are intact territorially, but have to deal with the destruction in their lands themselves.
