errrr... less racism in the british establishment, as a result of being defeated faster by the american revelutionarys. this leads to a pathological hatred of americans, and napoloen falls down the stairs/ off his horse. stupidly successful war 1812, for the british. split of new england, which becomes a protectorate along with the newe indian nation. these pecome true parts of the empire. a less successful french dictator than OTL napoleon loses french empire to britain. victoria born male as alex(or summat). more queens after this,, specifically two elizabeths, in stead of georgeV and edwuard VII. another elizabeth crowned, then republic for breif period, then crowned agian in 1960, who then goes to see all the empire.
