Iron Man-1966
Millionaire playboy and industrialist Tony Stark (Dean Martin) was a man with morals looser than the women who appeared on his arm. After a weapons demonstration in South Vietnam, he is kidnapped by Communist agents and forced to build them weapons. With the help of fellow prisoner Ho Yinsen (Bruce Lee), Tony builds an armored suit and escapes his captors. Vowing to dedicate his life to ending the horrors his company had unleashed, he becomes a force for good as the Invincible Iron Man.

The Mighty Thor-1966

I think a 60s Marvel cinematic universe would have a Fantastic 4 film as it's flagship, since the F4 pretty much was Marvel's biggest success story back then.

When did they pair up red Skull with Hydra in the comics? I though Hydra started up as von Strucker's Group and Red Skull was just an evil Nazi, and the whole Red Skull was a member of Hydra was something they added much later.

Also, Nick Fury's agent adventures didn't get it's own series before 1968 (before that being part of Strange Tales). It'd be a little weird if Agent Fury got a Movie befoe he got a solo comic. His miliaty adventures (sgt. Fury and the Howling Commandos had been going on since 1963 though).
Also: a 60s Fury spy Movie need the Contessa.
