So, I think there is a difference between actually winning and just pressuring people out of a place. Because, Castro they definitely won, and Tito. But Afghanistan and the Soviets is a bit different, because by that definition the Iraqi insurgents have won a military victory over the US. This isn't really true, it's mostly internal pressure that makes the US want to leave.
Although you can "win" a war of attrition it's a bit foggier as to whether or not that's actually a victory as some other types of warfare.
I'm aware, but in all fairness, the gurrillas who beat the Soviets in Afghanistan had help too.
Western Sahara might count.
