Evil Clinton Timeline?

When I was sixteen I stumbled across a time line that could basically be called the evil bill Clinton timeline with clinton trying to have himself be dictator. It was badly written and frankly unbelievable but for the scloch factor I was looking to read it again. Anyone know what I am talking about?

If you're talking about the timeline I think you're talking about, it would have been found on othertimelines.net - a website that, as far as I can tell, is almost completely defunct now.
