As I think we are all too aware the birthrates among European nations was catastrophically low, and has decreased further in the recent decades.

So, how would Europe look without WWII?

Are we assuming Nazis, but no WW2 for some reason? If so why not? They got birthrates back up to over 3 children per woman, while France only achieved birthrates at pre-1871 levels post-WW2 IOTL. Not sure about British, Italian, Polish or other birthrates in Europe at the time. I think the less developed the country the higher their birthrates were pre-WW2. So likely as Europe recovers from the Great Depression and prosperity returns for a while (barring other wars or major economic/political upheaval) they will gradually decline, while France's birthrates just keep declining unless something weird happens. There is no further disruption in normal birthrates (major drop for everyone due to WW1 and in some countries like Germany due to the economic situation in the 1920s-early 30s), so there is a natural increase in generations for a while until they hit the prosperity tipping point and things start to stagnate and then taper off.

Eastern Europe's total fertility rate might fall at a bit of a slower rate due to the lack of Communism in Eastern Europe in this TL (Communism might have meant faster industrialization in Eastern Europe).

However, Western Europe might have avoided having a mid-20th century baby boom in this TL. After all, no WWII might mean no exuberant optimism afterwards and thus no massive baby boom in Western Europe and the U.S./Canada.

Eastern Europe will almost certainly do better demographically. Despite being completely impoverished TFR quickly fell into the negative.
