Without the German Reich to completely delegitimize eugenics, what course would eugenic policies take? Obviously it depends somewhat on how exactly the Third Reich never comes to be, perhaps a victorious CP in WW1, or a less extreme right wing faction takes over Germany, or even a borderline ASB assassination of Hitler at the right time and a more diplomatic Reich. Each scenario will affect the outcome, but I'm curious what everyone else thinks.
