On 1526, Louis II of Hungary would be able to escape his captors and survive and return to Hungary, however Hungary and Bohemia would have challenges on its own as the Habsburgs would want to inherit the Bohemian and Hungarian thrones, however he would have no children with his wife, Maria of Austria which means that the inheritance would be delayed on 1560 on his death, however, Louis II would secure a peace treaty with Hungary, due to this Maria of Austria would be compared to Princess Beatrice of Naples, who married his father a generation earlier, as he had his own bastard she would be the one blamed for the king for having no children, the Habsburgs would be blamed for the extinction of the Jagiellonians in Bohemia.

On 1528, the Duchy of Opole-Raciborz is sold to Poland, following the fate of the Duchies of Siewierz, Zator and Oswiecim, John II of Opole would retire peacefully, the Polish acquisition of Duchy of Opole Raciborz would attach the fate of the Duchy of Cieszyn to Poland completely.
