What would be the effect on the UK if the West Lothian / English Question was resolved in an equitable manner then was the case in OTL, with MPs from Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland no longer being able to vote on matters that effect only England and vice versa?
Especially in a ATL scenario where English Devolution Referendums were held in 1979 and 1997 as was the case in OTL with the Scottish and Welsh Devolution Referendums, with a majority Yes vote following in an ATL 1997 English Devolution Referendum.
