Emperor Otto of Austria-Hungary 1922-2011

What if the Central Powers had won the First World War and Austria-Hungary had survived in some form thus resulting in Otto becoming Emperor in 1922? How would his tremendously long reign from 1922 to 2011 look like?

Otto wouldn't have been Emperor in 1922 for one. Charles died of pneumonia he caught while in exile and if Austria-Hungary survived WWI (and the inevitable internal showdown after it) he'd remain Emperor for awhile.

Otherwise, if his OTL personality and ability can be used as a baseline, he'd be remembered as a good Emperor and, probably, his longevity would prove to be a factor of stability in an unstable Empire. A single individual keeping things in order until the Empire sorted out the remaining issues left by the reforms that allowed it to survive.

In fact he very likely could be seen as the figure keeping the Empire together, though eventually ceding more power to the parliaments.

And then there's the pan-Europeanism his family is known for pushing...

Parliaments allready had enough power in A-H, problem was ethnic diversity, not parliamentarism-absolutism...
