I was thinking recently about the Munich Agreement never happening and World War 2 starting with the Germans invading Czechoslovakia in 1938. This would mean World War 2 would begin before the OTL Kristallnacht later that year. How would Nazi anti-Jewish policy proceed? Given that a war beginning in 1938 would probably lead to less Nazi success, and given that IOTL most of the concentration and death camps were outside of Germany proper, could we see a different approach taking by the Nazis to dealing with "the Jewish problem"?

Edit: Damnit, wrong section.
