Effects of No/Delayed 1973 Energy Crisis

As the OP says, what would happen if the First Oil Crisis was averted or delayed? What would be its effects, especially, economic and political effects, on the world?

Iran can't arm itself as in OTL due to lack of funds and therefore the Shah cannot mess up the economy.
Does it mean there is no revolution in 1979?

Considering how close he was to winning, this might tip the '76 election to Ford

Almost certainly, he wouldn't have even needed to run his 'Whip Inflation Now' campaign, no one experiencing 'Even/Odd' days for getting gas or other leftovers from Nixon's price control efforts

OTL, after daming most of its rivers and emptying its coal mines, 1970s France developped a nuclear power program, first building Fessenheim on 1977.

TTL, France might use gas-fired plants, since it would be less complicated than nuclear.

Unlikely since some aspects of the French nuclear programme such as the Westinghouse licence purchase actually predate the energy crisis.
Fessenheim also wasn't the first French nuclear power station.
