Effects of Napoleon dying in Egypt

Let's say Napoleon dies of disease or a lucky shot that becomes fatal (or a combination of both), how how does it affect French and European history?

I see:
  • No French revolution

You're a couple of years too late.

  • No secularism

I'd say it's not a guarantee. The Church isn't as powerful as before, and liberal ideas are gaining more ground at the time.

  • No democracy

The English & the Dutch already practice some flavor of democracy for years now.

  • No German unification

Once the age of nationalism kicks in, it's just a matter of time. At least IMO.

France might become a dictatorship regardless, but only Napoleon would have gone all the way and crown himself Emperor. If the man dies, that dosen't happen.
