Effects of an early, stronger, central bank in the United States

Andrew Jackson (1828-36) hated banks. He spent much of his Presidency destroying them and generally succeeded.

This proved devastating for the nation as financial panics became regular events until the Great Depression when the Federal Reserve system was in place. Foreign banks continued to be the safer place to deposit and borrow capital.

What would have been the result of America's central bank survived the 1830's?

How could America's economy have developed?

Would there be any effect (however indirectly) on slavery or the American Civil War?

Go ahead and spitball. Thanks.

I would imagine that there would be greater Industrial growth all around, but also earlier and greater income inequality. It could end up with a US that's somewhat wealthier than OTL, but also more European and classist politically.
