I doubt that the Austro-Russian alliance could partition the Ottoman Empire as a whole with just one additional next war. There'd rather be, as in the past, a series of wars that continuously roll back the Ottomans.
I agree, but bear in mind that I'm only talking about Rumelia (Balkans), Greece and the Caucusus. I'm leaving out North Africa, the Levant and Arabia.
Given the Ottoman's weakness, I'm not sure they could put down a Balkan rebellion much less stave off two determined armies from Russia and Austria short of the Bosphorus.
