Edward IV marries Isabella of Castille?

I've read somewhere that Isabella I Of Castille as once suggested as a possible marriage for Edward IV, of course the marriage proposal came to nothing as Edward was married to Elizabeth Woodville. But say he had not married her, and was available and such a marriage to Castille did happen, what might be the butterflies of this?

One is that John of Portugal might marry Juana, who is the rightful heiress to the Castillan crown.

Interesting could this lead to a war of succession, with Edward and England getting involved? As if I remember correctly, Isabella had been named as her brother's heir no?

But in this case with Isabella away, that might not happen.
