Edmund Tudor

He lives and goes into exile with his son Henry. Margaret Beaufort remains in England. He is perhaps with Henry and his army when he invades England in 1485.

Well, he decided to impregnate his 12-year-old wife right away (risking her health, and ultimately rendering her incapable of having further children) so he could secure her rich estate, so he clearly wasn't a particularly nice man. And no, that was very much not the usual thing to do, even for nobility in those days.

The most obvious difference will be Margaret Beaufort's marriages and considerable estates. OTL she went on to several more marriages to major players, bringing her wealth (and formidable personality and intellect) with her. Here, she is married to an attainted traitor, and the Yorkists won't be incentivized to let her keep her lands (since unlike OTL, she won't be marrying a series of Yorkists as her subsequent husbands). Likewise, she probably won't be as involved in later Tudor/Lancastrian intrigues (and certainly not with the Stanleys), which probably hurts Henry Tudor's chances a lot.
