Earliest possible Magna Carta

Is it possible for earlier barons to impose a Magna Carta on a previous king? How early can the Magna Carta realistically happen?

Well, you have a really short window of opportunity.

The chart of Henry I is basically the ground of the Magna Carta. But this chart was troughly ignored by the royal power : maybe an Anarchy period going even more badly, with a king being rejected by the nobility (but without real alternative candidate) and forced to not only comply to it but confirm it trough another document?

Well the Magna Carta was really forcing the king to acknowledge what they already considered their rights to be. I suppose it could have happened any time where there was some noble who got the bright idea to put their rights in writing, combined with a monarch in a weak position where they were forced to sign. Although the document might be very different in substance if written in an earlier period. I'd guess any time after 1066 really, although you'd need the nobility to be allied against the crown.
