WI Germans developed Panzerfaust and Panzerschreck-like weapons earlier? Seeing how none employed adevanced technology and principles behind their work were more or less known entry date can be pushed to earlier times.
So let's say that after encountering heavy British tanks Germans realise that infantry could find themselves in position where they'll face tanks without proper AT weapons as they exist and something has to be done about that. Or that developing hand-held AT weapons will allow units on flanks to defend against enemy better.
How does this effect Eastern front? Assuming earlier versions are somewhat weaker than OTL ones (maybe not but anyway...) they can't deal with KV-1s head-on but against sides or several weapons against single tank and against weaker tanks it could work.
