Earlier African colonization

Africa would be as densily populated as Eurasia, and you could end with an scenrio in which the Africans colonize Europe instead of the other way.

Erm, no. Unfortunately there's more than just malaria stopping Africa from acheiving Eurasian-level ascendency.

Please tell us more?

One thing is crops- Africa is oriented mainly on a North-South axis. This means that people from Equatorial Africa wouldn't be able to use their food packages (e.g. plantain-based for Equatorial West Africa) if they were to expand, say, into temperate South Africa. South Africa in OTL was never properly exploited until the European settlers came by with their temperate crops- which the black South Africans were then able to use to farm more efficiently.

This is in contrast to the East-West axis in Eurasia which means that crops like wheat could grow as well in most of Europe as they can in most of India or Mesopotamia or China.

Thus, when wheat was domesticated it's use could easily spread across Eurasia, giving a boost to the societies which could now use it. In contrast, a hypothetical domesticated grain in South Africa wouldn't necessarily be of use to the societies of Equatorial Africa. Thus, Eurasian societies could exploit new crops more effectively than African ones could
