Don Bluth's Secret of Nimh is a Hit

I love Don Bluth. :) And one of his best films is the Secret of Nimh. :D But it was not a financial success OTL. This thread is dedicated to the butterfly that it was a bigger success. I'll say, for some focus in the discussion, it makes about 57-60 million in America and 233-237 million worldwide. From my knowledge, that seems reasonable for the time (maybe a bit high), though I'm not quite sure. What does this mean for Bluth? Does he get to release his version of Beauty and the Beast before Disney? What about Saytrday? From East to West? What are everyone's thoughts?

Interesting to wonder, but shouldn't this be posted in after 1900?

Well, the film was released in the 1980's, so i thought it should be before. :) But thinking about it, most of the consequences would come about in the 90's... Oh well, what's done is done. :)

After 1900. Not after 1990. After 1900 means "events covering entire XXth century". Both WW TLs go there, for example.
