Dominion Army in WW1.

Just prior to the Battle of Amiens in August 1918 the 4 division Canadian Corps did a forced march and slotted into the line beside the 5 division Australian Corps. These powerful cops then attacked simultaneously causing a major Geran defeat.

WI The Canadian Corps, the Australian Ciorps, the Kiwi division and maybe the Newfies were combined permamently into a Dominion Army? What is the earliest it could form? Would the different nature of a Dominion Army make much difference to the war?

It would be a dumb move.

Prior to 1916 it would mean combining some of the weaker Divisions together into a 2nd rate Army. That's not a criticism of the Australians or Canadians but they had less pre-war regular solider to build their armies around.

Post 1916 as the British Army declined in quality with the start of conscription and the lowering of entry standards it would mean combining the best Divisions together into one Army (the Dominions stayed volunteer and volunteers> conscripts who had avoided volunteering in 1914-16). While such a force would be powerful it's more sensible to keep your best units in smaller groups (i.e. Corps) in reserve and so they can be put into the line where needed, rather than wasted on quiet sections of the front.

It would be physically impossible prior to 1916 because the ANZACs were in the Dardenelles, they didn't arrive on the Western front until mid 1916. There were 2 ANZAC Corps in 1917 and the Canadian Corps which is raw material for an Army right there.
