Does this surviving Manchurian empire looks accurate?

It has been taken from the Fatherland mod for Darkest hour, while it is a game, I think you will be interested.

Here their description:

When the honorable Kwantung Army crossed the Yalu in 1931, no one would have thought that the entire future of Japan would rest in these provinces. In these provinces we set up the Empire of Manchuko, led by the last Chinese emperor. The acquisition of these provinces would prove to be a great boon for the Japanese economy. Cheap minerals would flow into the mainland as proper mining techniques were taught to the Manchurian...""...The Phillipines would be invaded and conquered by General Macarthur in early 45. US marines would capture Okinawa and Iwo Jima by the summer. General Patton, now deployed to China, would crush our forces in late 45. What would finally force the mainlands surrender would be the quadruple nuclear bombings of Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Osaka, and Tokyo. The cowards and traitors would sign the Easter armistice in 1946, but we would not surrender. In response to our valiant resistance, the Yankee Imperialists would invade prosperous Korea. The Korean campaign would devastate the peninsula, and cause hundreds of thousands of casualties on both sides. Despite our resistance, the Yankees would reach the Yalu by fall 1946. While militarily they were on the cusps of victory, the home front was sick of war. Demoralized by the failure to beat Germany, and distraught by the massive losses taken in the pacific campaigns, the American populace wanted the war to end. On October 27, 1946 the Yalu armistice was signed between the Empire of Manchuko and The United states. While we had protected our independence, we could in no way claim victory. The mainland had been lost, and with it the Emperor. Our honor will be forever stained by the failure to defend him. The war was finally over, but it was replaced with a peace that no one wanted."

Basically this is a state led by the Kwantung army, what do you think?
