Does this alternate history have any chance of occurring?

Because, it seems like a nice alternative to the Qin, but what are the major butterflies and effects on the timeline? No Han? How long would the new dynasty last?
Part 1 doesn't seem impossible, but Part 2 features Khubilai Khan and the Yuan and other stuff that just is not going to happen.

The issue I take with this idea is that it goes straight from Qi doing better, to annexing China. So the first idea that King Xuan of Qi doesn't die in 300 BCE. This isn't a terrible idea. The next three ideas make less sense, since they go out of chronological order. The fifth idea is that Qi annexes Yan, which isn't impossible. But this is in the period right before Yan overran much of Qi, so I don't know how likely it is.

From there, it goes into unexplained territory: it's not impossible that Qin will do nothing as Qi annexes the other states, since the opposite is what basically happened historically with Qi doing nothing. But it requires an explanation other than saying the other Chinese states were weak, too divided, and opposed to Qin. If Qi is annexing other states, it will be the target, not Qin. So the idea isn't flawed in conception but it is quite lacking in explanation.
