Does the Napoleon Interactive Battle Simulator work for anyone else?

So I've been wanting to play this battle simulator for some time but I can't seem to get it to work they page just stays grey and blank. I was wondering if anyone knew how to get it o work or if the game was just defunct.

That. . . is a web page from a television series that aired on PBS in late 2000.

One of the two browsers mentioned in the support section ceased to exist years ago.

Good Grief, at this point the Twenty-First Century is getting old enough to vote or already there! (dearie me, who ever thought we'd be getting just a little nostalgic for the Violent Twentieth ... or at least those bits of it between Glasnost and the point where we DIDN'T get fatally bitten by the Millennium Bug aka "The Bits I remember from personal experience").
