Does anybody have any information on this alternate history map of the 1960s?

What happened to the world? Why does France still exist and have Algeria and Lorraine? What happeneded to Fransisco Franco? Why does China still exist? Why does the Soviet Union still exist? Who is the "Donnelly" running Ireland? Why does America still control the Philippines and France Indochina? Does anybody have any information whatsoever on this scenario and how it went down?

My guess is that the Axis somehow won WWII with the US not entering the conflict (thanks to Japan not attacking first) and now the world's in some cold war between the Axis and the US led alliance; as for Spain my guess is that Franco died due to some "disease" and was replaced with I assume to be more pro-Axis.

The plan was to grant independence to the Phillipines in 1946. Does the label "US" indicate this plan was not followed, or that there is still a strong US military presence?

... Why does China still exist? Why does the Soviet Union still exist? ...

Evidently Japan was never able to dominate all of China??? Perhaps with US help to China?

It kinda looks like the map for Fatherland. Germany having reached the Urals, and a depopulated, mostly ungoverned rump-Russia limping on beyond the mountains in guerrilla warfare.

But then again, IIRC, the Fatherland TL had the USA beating Japan much as in OTL.

Looks like an Axis victory where France and Britain sell out Poland like they did Czechoslovakia, maybe a sitzkrieg in the west and Hitler goes east. Russia folds, in the Pacific Japan takes China and Indochina, DEI. How Holland and Belgium a get absorbed by the Reich here not clear, also why is Hungary gone absorbed by the Reich - that does not make sense. Romania taking Bulgaria?? Also, all of the French and Belgian African colonies are German now. Turkey has Syria/Lebanon, and part of Iraq.

In the Pacific things make sense except for Malaya being Japanese. I can see the Pi deciding to stay US in this sort of "Japan runs the western Pacific" scenario.

Some of the stuff makes sense, some not so much.

One plausible scenario is that US, Britain, France and Italy remained neutral in WWII. Germany overran Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg and most of Eastern Europe, gaining control of Belgian and Dutch colonies in Africa. Japan overran most of China and gained control of Dutch East Indies. Germany and Japan jointly attacked the Soviet Union, seized much of it's territory, and toppled it's government. Egypt and Singapore have gained independence from Britain. Arabs invited Germany to occupy Palestine and Trans Jordan, providing German bases in Mediterranean and guarding against any British attempt to reassert control of middle eastern colonies. US occupied French Guiana to deter German foothold in South America.

Italy has acquired Tunisia, Dalmatia, Albania, most of Greece, Yemen, and Aden.

Turkey has acquired Syria, Lebanon, Cyprus, and Transcaucasia.

The US has acquired French and Dutch Guiana.

Britain has acquired Rwanda, Burundi, and Madagascar.

Finland has not regained any of the territory lost to the USSR.

Spain has lost Spanish Morocco. Spain is a Republic, which means no Francoism.

Portugal is a Kingdom again.

Morocco is independent.

Ireland has acquired the Six Counties.

South Africa has broken with the British Empire, and has acquired Basutoland, Swaziland, Bechuanaland, Southwest Africa, Southern Rhodesia, and half of Northern Rhodesia.

Denmark and Norway are independent.

Germany has acquired Alsace and Lorraine, French West and Equatorial Africa, and the Belgian Congo.

Germany has annexed Slovakia and Hungary.

Romania has regained Transylvania.

How on earth is China alive? Xinjiang was a Soviet puppet. Furthermore, there's no way that Japan could actually hold onto China. They lacked control over the countryside - they have bled out from all the guerilla attacks by 1960.
