Dissolution of Austria Hungary before WWI?

Is there any possible POD where relations between the German Empire and Austria Hungary could have dissolved to the point of war, with the ensuing conflict becoming a dismemberment of Austria Hungary, with Germany taking Bohemia and Morovia, Russia taking Galicia, and Italy taking Lombardy-Venetia, and Trieste? Bosnia Herzegovina (if Austria has it at this point) could go to Serbia and Croatia and Hungary could be recreated into the kingdom of Hungary. Austria proper could either be absorbed into the second reich or remain an "independent" state, so that the German empire doesn't absorb more Catholics. Sorry for the multiple questions here. Basically my two questions can be summarized as what is a possible POD for a breakdown of German and Austrian relations and secondly could the scenario I suggested have occurred?

A side question that I'd like to add is whether Bohemia and Morovia might be directly incorporated into Prussia, (as crownlands perhaps?) as opposed to becoming new members of the empire themselves. I would assume this would have only further strengthened Prussia's standing within the empire; although perhaps it could weaken Prussia as it now has to worry about the Czechs and the political and nationalistic issues the bring to the table. Anyways, thoughts on this are appreciated as well.

No chance after 1900 before ww1, it was relatively stable from 1867-1914, and there is no possibility of a local conflict that could lead to its collapse.

That's because it was at peace. Throw AH into a general European war before 1914 and a possibility exists.
