Die Wacht Am Rhein

And yet, even if France assauges Britain by settling colonial affairs in their favor, London is still going to be apprehensive about the growing power of France in Europe. Britain and Austria had extremely good relations from the Napoleonic Wars until 1914 in OTL. Both powers found themselves on opposite sides more by accident than anything else (if by "accident" we understand that to mean the almost unstoppable forces of the alliance systems which went into action late 1914).

I don't see Russia jumping on Austria. Why? Yes, Russia has issues in the Balkans, but it was about influence, not gaining territory. Austria didn't have anything in the Balkans they wanted to annex. In this timeline, with better fortunes for the Empire in the West (w/the annexation of Silesia and more clout in Germany) Austria may be amenable to some kind of agreement: perhaps Russia is given sway in Bulgaria and Serbia, while Austria has influence over Romania and Greece. I could see both powers cooperating to get concessions from Russia as per OTL: Bosnia to Austria and the straights being opened to the Russian Navy (although, thanks to Aerenthal, that turned into a Russia - screw which poisoned relations between St. Petersburg and Vienna). In this timeline, I think it's doubtful that would happen.
