So I really wanted to do a timeline involving a victorious Central Powers in WWI, as well as a graphic TL. Eventually, I figured out I’d just do both, but didn’t have the time, knowledge, and bandwidth to execute it myself.
So I decided this could be a collaborative timeline, in which everybody could join in and add their own ideas, partially inspired by @Nazi Space Spy’s the Yankee Dominion.
I’ll start!

Alright, so, what are you thinking is going on in Europe? I'll totally chip in when I can!
Lots of German puppet states in the east, Georgia and the rest of former Russia are police states heavily populated by German troops, opposition to Tsar Kirill is high in Russia, France is at a state of constant war between monarchists, Bolshevik-inspired revolutionaries, and the government, Britain holds onto Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and a few other colonies, but loses India and some other colonies, Germany now owns parts of Belgium and the Netherlands others, with Wallonia an independent German ally, the Ottoman and Austrian empires aren’t really at their best, Romania is a republic, North Macedonia is Bulgarian, Montenegro is now something that I am too lazy to include, the Ionian islands are now under Ottoman occupation, Ulster belongs to the Kingdom of Ireland, Portugal is under a fascist dictatorship, and the Duchy of Courland and Semigallia is back.
This is just my idea, you can do what you like with it.

I'd imagine that the West would be more at a stalemate than the East, all things considered. This does mean that France would probably have a strong revanchist movement well into the 20th century -- i.e. nationalists. I don't think Belgium, Luxembourg, or the Netherlands will lose anything, to be honest. Russia would probably be under Tsar Michael III, who Nicholas II chose as his successor when he abdicated. That being said, Brest-Litovsk would probably be different, seeing as the Russians wouldn't become socialist. I also don't think the Germans would let themselves stretch from Germany to Georgia, though I do like the idea of a buncha military regimes existing throughout former Russian Empire, especially in the Caucasus.

What about a large revanchist/ultra-nationalist/*fascist movement against a communist, French Republican Calendar-using government kept alive by Germany?

The Netherlands won't lose anything, there you are right. Belgium of course can't keep Eupen-Malmedy and St. Vith, while Luxembourg migt or might not be annexed. An interesting possibility would be an Esperanto-speaking Moresnet.

Good idea here, however, then Russia should not be under a Czar. Well, it might be once again Czarist in 2019, but not directly after the war.

EDIT: And for German influence in the Caucasus, we probably need a victorious Ottoman Empire.

There would likely be a failed revolution, and then who knows what becomes of Russia. It might be balkanised, it might go *Nazi and seek revenge on Germany,...

With the help of a strong Ottoman Empire, or maybe "just" a wanked Turkey?

Red Arturoist’s General Russia TL
I have a rather rough idea of the Germano-"Russian" relation:

  • Brest-Litovsk Treaty, maybe even a bit harsher
  • Kerensky et al. fail to establish democracy
  • Lenin et al. succeed in an October Revolution/military coup.
  • But, when Lenin dies (in the late 1920s? early 1930s?), nobody from Gori takes over. There is no Bolshevik in Gori anymore.
  • Instead, infighting begins and reaction rises back up. Either under a new hardline Czar, or under an ultranationalist Republic.
  • An unstable Russian Republic (Empire?) is at first democratic, but *Russian!Hitler rises and rises.
  • And by the 1940s, we have World War II.
I think World War II is far too rarely exploited in a CP Victory scenario.

Britain holds onto Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and a few other colonies, but loses India and some other colonies,

Red India maybe? What about Britain going *Fascist?

Germany now owns parts of Belgium and the Netherlands others, As I said, except for Moresnet, Eupen-Malmedy and St. Vith, this is doubtful. with Wallonia an independent German ally, Possible, but this Wallonia would be red because France will likely go red. the Ottoman and Austrian empires aren’t really at their best, Totally depends - we should first seal whether there is World War II or not. Romania is a republic, North Macedonia is Bulgarian, Romania could just as well be an Empire/Kingdom, but I think you are likely right about North Macedonia - along with Thrace. Montenegro is now something that I am too lazy to include, the Ionian islands are now under Ottoman occupation, Why Ottoman occupation in Korfu? Interesting it is, but I doubt how... Ulster belongs to the Kingdom of Ireland which is a Republic and was once led by James Connolly, Patrick Pearse et al., Portugal is under a fascist dictatorship as is its ally Britain?, and the Duchy of Courland and Semigallia is back.

Some comments in red...

Do you want the world to be as free/democratic etc. as OTL, do you want it to be more so (i.e. more utopian), or can we also make the world (much) more dystopian? What do you want the general status of human rights to be, @Hindustani Person ?
Well this depends on what we do with Germany. Would the SPD or the Conservatives dominate? I generally don’t like the idea of an AH being ‘utopian’ or ‘dystopian’.
