Russia, maybe. There are less than 200,000 of them or so, and yes most of them are Buddhist.

I thought of those Caucasian states - including Kalmykia - to be German-supported. Does it become more plausible then? Or do you think Kalmykia could have existed just after World War II and would only have been absorbed later?

"White Movement" was an informal name for a big-tent coalition opposed to Bolsheviks.

Well, and what we currently call "New White Movement" is very anti-Bolshevik and very reactionary - maybe after the Vozhd thinks that other parts have become subservient to the Bolsheviks? Of course I am open to discussing other names of such an ideology, too, but I don't see why "New White Movement" would be that implausible.

Yeah, okay. I have doubts that the Kalmyk Republic would even exist, or that the Circassian(?) coast statelet wouldn't be quickly absorbed into Kuban.

Anyway, why does this Altai Republic exist? I also question the borders, but since your timeline apparently has Lenin come to power in 1922, I can chalk that up to Soviet border drawing as per OTL.
(My) thoughts on the Caucasus. German backed: Crimea, Kuban, the Mountainous Republic of the Southern Caucasus (Montana for short), the State of Georgia.
Ottoman backed: Dagestan, Armenian autonomous territory, and Azerbaijan.

This is also just after the end of ww1, so some states could collapse, join together, or expand

I would say that right after World War I, all states are jointly German- and Ottoman-supported. Maybe Azerbaijan can be supported by Persia, too?

Montana would likely end up more pro-Ottoman as there is a Muslim Majority.

Also, could you prepare a map (ideally without two-pixel borders) for the United Arab States? Maybe even put it into my world map? I do still plan much of Iraq to be Ottoman, by the way.

@Red Arturoist I made a patch for your map, with the UAS, the Turkish Republic, the Autonomous Communes of France, Greater Israel, and the Grand Duchy of Ulster

I considered Greater Israel, and thanks for the assistance in the Atlas and on the Arabian Peninsula, but... why a Turkish Republic? I thought we had agreed on an Ottoman Empire?
And this idea on Ulster is interesting, too.

I don't know though if I will keep everything. For example, I clearly saw West Thrace as part of the Ottoman Empire.

So, we now have an independent country in the Caucasus called Montana.
As if having two Georgia's wasn't confusing enough...

Can be build another name in? Could a nation be called... Utah? Wyoming? Oklahoma? Something like that in the Caucasus (or some other region of the world)?

It's less of a Republic and more of a "United States of Greater Austria, but in Turkey"
West Thrace can be Ottoman if you like.

Breaking news: Chechnya has announced that it will be changing its name to "West Virginia" so that "the Russians will get confused, and invade someone else". This statement was followed by 2 minutes of evil cackling
