What are your ideas on a DenmarkNorway-UK Union?

How is this best achieved?

I had a few thoughts over Anne & George having a successful heir and tragedy befalling the Danish succession but are there better alternatives?

Yes. I've read it. While enjoyable it's a little too Northwank and convergent for me.

Well...

...The eldest son of Old Vic married Princess Alexandra of Denmark (Alix) a remarkably lovely lady...

...If the Danish Royal Family all went west except her, maybe Bertie rules Denmark in her name, then becomes King-Emperor of the British Empire. The Norwegians? Could be that they're dis-satisfied with the Danish Princes they brought in after seceding from Sweden.

A true political, or even personal, union is unlikely without a POD far enough back to make the question moot by changing the entire European geopolitical situation so far as to make it so truly alien that OTL readers can't recognize anything.

However, a dynastic union is quite possible even up into the later portions of the 19th century.
