Demonym and Linguonym of surviving Kingdom of Arles/Arelat

As it says.
What would the surviving Kingdom have as the name of its majority language and of its people?

I'm basically assuming a mediaeval or Hohenstaufen revival with the najority language being roughly OTL Arpitan/Franco-Provencal.

Ar(e)lese / Ar(e)lesian
Ar(e)latin(e) / Ar(e)latian
etc?

Arletian most likely, most likely would be called that for the language as well as the name for the people

I think Burgundian, because the Kingdom of Arles is also called Burgundy.

Provence at the time of the Hohenstaufen already belonged to the Crown of Aragon.

Any reasons?

No actually.
Provence was a fief of the Holy Roman Empire since around 1030 when the King of Arles lost to Conrad.
It may later have become ruled in part by the Catalan House that ruled Aragon but it was not part of Aragon.

Bingo, I believe the term 'Kingdom of Arelat' referred to Arles in the vein you could presumably call France the 'Kingdom of Paris.'

My issue with calling it Burgundy is that it tended to be called Arles or Arelat to avoid confusion with the French Duchy and the County within the Kingdom.

Any more ideas?
