Nobody expected a surprise on Super-Tuesday. For the primaries this proved right. But there is the big surprise from the White House. President John McCain is dead. The 71-year old, 43th Prsident has died on a heart attack. Now His Vize George Bush jr. is the 44th President.
As a European I don´t know much about this man. He was a bit invisible in the last 8 years. I just know, that he till know refused to run in 08 and throw all his his support behind his brother Jeb.
So here comes my questions to the Americans in the Forum. Will Jeb Bush step down from the candidancy for his brother? Will the chances of the GOP against Hillary Clinton will be better with a sitting president? How will a George Bush-Admisnistration look like, if it goes beyond mere placeholding?
And what are President Bushs stands on Irak and Afghanistan?
