DBWI: Will George follow in the footsteps of his brother?

So, John Ellis Bush's 8-year presidency is coming to a close. The Vice President [not Cheney] has repeatedly declined to succeed him, and in the first time in almost a century both parties have no clear successor. Does anyone think that George W. will run? Or would that run the risk of being too associated with the Bush presidency?

Personally, I think George is probably quite different from Jeb. Possibly for the better?

I don't think George W. could win - I don't think the electorate wants to make the Presidency look like a dynasty.

Granted that George W. was competent as governor of Texas, and I think performed better (day-to-day job, issues addressed, etc.) than did Jeb, but he's not compelling as a leader.

If not Jeb, anyone have any other suggestions? Personally, I'm not too sure about his legacy at this point.

[OOC- If you can't come up with an alternate Jeb presidency, use this one. Or this. Lazy.]
