What do you think would happen if the Confederate Revolution failed and the CSA had not gained independence?

OOC: Wait, though.....is this supposed to be just another Civil War ATL, or about an American Revolution in which that name is used for the country that breaks away from Britain?
OOC: Just another Civil War ATL.It's kinda hard to say, but let's start with race relations, between blacks and whites in particular; they might have remained sour for a lot longer compared to OTL's 1940s; the Civil Rights Act was signed by President Stevenson in 1946, right after the Global War, and was supported by a large majority of both Houses.
White folks might not be as sympathetic to Latinos, either, not without hundreds of thousands of them being shot to death by the Carden regime.....or Japanese, for that matter. I am throughly convinced of that.

OOC: It was so tempting to insist that this was what we were talking about. But alas, I decided not to be a troll.Confederated States of Australia?
