DBWI: What if The Allies won WWI?

Certainly Germany would emerge victorious in this proposed version of the Second Great War. Just consider how all of the great scientists of the 1930s and 1940s were Germans (e.g. Heisenberg, Einstein, Schrodinger, et al.). It would be hard to imagine a modern German technological state suddenly dismissing or alienating its scientific community to the point that it loses the nuclear race before 1943.

I wonder what a 2nd World War Germany would be like, after an Allies Win...
Well if we use the Turtletaub or Harrison literary model for this idea (e.g. simply transposing the events of each group/nation), starting in c.1936, we would have an ATL, wherein the Polish guerillas launching terrorist attacks against German forces in Gdansk, Rosa Luxembourg and Karl Liebknecht, rather than leading the feminist movement and the labor movement, would lead a radical General Strike, and somehow, like in most 1930s pulps, a Napoleonic style leader like Churchill or De Gaulle would lead a massive effort to "restore national pride".

What about a WWII Italy?
Considering that Italy served with the Allies, we can expect a WWII, wherein the Victor Emanuelle III or Umberto II would have their regimes placed in a more stable form. One of the main reasons the Italians were so ineffective in OTL was the fact that Charles De Gaulle and Winston Churchill backed Benito Mussolini, a puppet leader who seemed to rubber stamp every decision that the British and French could propose until the collapse of their regimes in 1948....
