DBWI: United Philippines

I was thinking what would have been the fate of the Philippines if German and later British and Malaysian Mindanao and Spanish Visayas if they were given to the US like Luzon.

Luzon or rather the Tagalog republic is now 70% Tagalog speaking including the regions 1-3 which have Ibanag, Pangasinense, Kapampangan and Ilocano as significant linguistic minorities and region 5 which have a Bicol Majority and they have a united identity as Tagalog Nationality tracing to the Katipunan, Luzon when during the American occupation either killed or expelled its Chinese and Spanish Affiliated population which was supported by the local populace which was supported by the Americans as the Americans also blocked the Hispanic and Chinese populations in their main territory, the expelled Spanish and Chinese population migrated to Spanish Visayas, while Visayas would be under the Franco dictatorship and became independent under the name Filipinas in the same time as Spanish Sahara, while Mindanao was sold to the Germans and was given to the British on WWI and later became part of Malaysia.

What if the weakened Spanish chose to war with the Americans instead of doing a settlement where in the Americans bought Spanish Pacific, Luzon and Cuba and the Americans get all of the Spanish East Indies, Cuba and Puerto Rico.

If the Americans acquired German Mindanao and Spanish Visayas would the people of Luzon or Tagalog republic treat the people of German Mindanao and Spanish Visayas as their own people or treat them as their colonies.

I remember reading about the Visayan and Mindanaoan part of the revolt in 1898 not wanting to be a part of the same country as Luzon, so it will not work, I think.

Would Visayas style Falangism catch on in the rest of the Philippines? I imagine that with so many ethno-linguistic groups the Falangism, or something with an equivalent fixation on imposing homogeneity through race mixing and langue policy, would be a tempting option, but I'm not sure it would be available if there are no Spaniards to introduce and promote it (not to mention the US' aversion to all things fashy).

I think it would be the people in Luzon would be the one who are prejudiced and have superiority complex against Visayans if they are in union especially, the people in Luzon or rather the Tagalog republic hate the Chinese and Spanish more than ever now but with the people of Visayans are accepting of both the Chinese and Spanish.
