DBWI: Theyy found note piece of Hitler Art

I don't think it's as great asthe last one they found, but I'm happy it's in the Louve not New York.
Thoughts?

As an avid collector of hid art, i am very interested in this find. When was this piece painted? Was it one of his earlier works, before the German Revolution, or was it painted after he immigrated to America?

As far as I gather, it's from the 'anti-communist' fase, a relitavely minor piece technically, but a stunning political message. We see the excellent use of brushwork perfected in Neuchwanstein Scloß and Das Brandenburger Tor, but with the stirring use of colour that made such a headway in the later works, such as New Yorken Zug, that so empitomised the Art Deco movement.
