DBWI: The Ottoman Empire has taken Berlin

Based off this thread: https://www.alternatehistory.com/discussion/showthread.php?t=125615

After 3 weeks of brutal, hand to hand combat, Ottoman forces have taken Berlin. Meanwhile, it has been reported than the Russian Confederacy has conducted naval landings in the Danish provinces of Sweden.

Can the Germans withstand the loss of Berlin, especially after the fall of Vienna and Konigsburg? How will the other members of the Holy League, such as the French and British react? How will other world powers like the Celestial Empire (1) or the Columbian Republic (2) react?

(1): China and its tributaries, such as Vietnam, Korea and Japan.

(2): Something analogous to the modern day United States.

Yes, they can. The Turks are already massively overstretched, and the Italians are landing men all around Dalmatia and Greece. The loss of Berlin is a blow certainly, but the capital at Frankfurt remains secure, and hasn't two thirds of Berlin's population been transported west by the Germans already? Anyway, this Russo-Turkish league won't last for long; as soon as Kiev realises that its ally is beginning to crumple to the Imperial Italian Navy, I expect a quick ceasefire, followed by another attempt to partition Ottoman Europe. Same old, same old...

*laughs at Europe's constant wars while the United States of America works to improve its economy and social services for all*
