More than a hundred years ago the USA was racked by a terrible civil war. Slightly more than half of the US army of that time rebelled, plunging that country into a terrible continental-wide war from which traumatism it has never fully recovered. Their attempts takeover was defeated but they sundered the former united states and it took decades of total war for the unionists to take over the rebellious areas.
The traitor legions, as they are now called, operated a fighting retreate all the way to the south american continent where they lurk still, consumed by their hatred of what the united states have become, along with all who supports it.
Each legion is a mighty fighting force in its own right, they are independent from each other, each have territories the size of countries and their largest bases are more akin to cities.
Lead by a twisted ideology and maddened by continual warfare, the traitor legions are a most vicious danger.
They are seconded in that only by the Unionist State of America, which will not stop fighting until its destruction or the union of the whole world under its obscurtanist and brutal opression.
Their subversive symphatisers eats at the heart of the Unionist State and the legions is becoming more coordinated and might well, one day, have their revenge...
What then? What would have happened if The Sundering had never occured?
