Has there been a better group of players in the last 50 years than the "Fab Five" that were in Milwaukee in the 1980s:
2B Paul Molitor (1978-2000): Set the all-time record for hits with 4,311, and also stole 1,071 bases in his career.

SS Robin Yount (1973-1995): Probably the dominant offensive player with the Brewers from 1979 to 1995, hitting 437 home runs and stealing 403 bases.

RF Dale Murphy (1977-1978 Braves; 1979-1997 Brewers): Hit 503 home runs.

3B Cal Ripken (1981-2000): Best known for not missing a game in the major leagues from Opening Day 1981 to the end of the 2000 season, but also had 3,411 hits and 463 home runs.

CF Rickey Henderson (1979-1990 Brewers, 1991-1996 A's, 1997-2000 Yankees, 2001-2004 Brewers): Played center field, left field, DH, and even first base for the Brewers over his career. He stole 1,064 bases in his career.

All five eventually made the Hall of Fame. So, how does Milwaukee's Fab Five compare with other teams in MLB history? Was this team better than Murderer's Row, or the Mantle-Berra teams of the 1950s and 1960s?
