DBWI: Stalin lives longer?

Hey everyone, I know this isnt an uncommon question but the search function is not working for me. As most people are aware, Stalin died of a sudden heart attack on October 12th, 1945 and found dead in his office by staffers mere weeks after the Second World War ended. His subordinate Andrei Zhdanov took power and would lead the USSR till his death in 1954. Stalin would of course become the hero that only died after the Motherland no longer needed him and he lies in state in Moscow to this day. My question is how does the USSR develop with Stalin in charge, how does this affect the Cold War and relations with the West? Better, worse? Discuss.
