Well unless you have been living under a cave the 90s certainlly was an eventful decade for all citizens of the USNA and of the UK. Nazism in Germany collapsed and essentialy imploded, with the famous "March to Moscow" in 93 in which Russian troops toppled local German Garrisons and the enslaved populations rose up.
While those events were eventful what was seen as most surprising to many was the collapse of the Greater East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere and Japan's return to a form of Tashio democracy.
Now we see the Rulers of Manchuria, Korea, and China , respectivley, coming together to discuss a myriad of articles. the summit is going to broadcasted on CSPAN and as it was put in comedy central, CSPAN might finally be interesting.
Anyway, thoughts?
Personally I think Manchuria is in for a tough time considering it holds what Russia views as their lands on the east bank of the Amur, and China is not so keen on an independent Manchuria. However Manchuria was the best of all of its cavalcade of puppets in terms of living conditions.
