What if Sabbatai Zevi accepted Mehmed IV's offer to convert to Islam instead of being martyred like in RL, sparking the birth of Sabbateanism.

I meant what would have happened if the Sabbatean basically died in the cradle instead of it's Messianic prophet being martyred by the Ottoman Emperor, Mehmed IV (or Mehmed the Damned as the Sabbateans call him).

After all Sabbateanism is a pretty big religion and it's development affected quite a bit, it not existing would change things, I'm just curious as to what would be different without it.
